Ownership & Rights

Our Rights:
All software, automation systems, UI designs, graphics, workflows, and proprietary architectures developed by Ai Simplify Technologies remain our exclusive intellectual property.

Client Rights:
Any business data, credentials, API keys, or documents shared by the client remain the client’s property.

Project Deliverables:
After full payment clearance, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered automation systems for their own business operations.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

* Use our systems for illegal data scraping or malicious activities.
* Copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or replicate our proprietary frameworks.
* Interfere with our servers, security systems, or operational infrastructure.

Third-Party Services

Our workflows may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Workspace, CRMs, webhooks, or cloud providers.

Ai Simplify Technologies is not responsible for interruptions, API changes, restrictions, or policy updates made by these third-party services.

Clients are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any connected third-party platforms.

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Simplify Technologies, its founder, and team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, downtime, or automation-related disruptions.

While all systems are tested before deployment, clients are responsible for monitoring and managing their live infrastructure environments.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services, support, or project access without prior notice if any Terms are violated or payment obligations are not fulfilled.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes or legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
